If you haven’t heard already National Paintball Supply (now KEE Action Sports) slapped Pro Caps the maker of the Pulse Paintball Hopper with a Temporary Restraining Order preventing them from manufacturing, selling, distributing, or advertising the PULSE paintball loader. KEE Action Sports is claiming the Pulse infringes on a number of their patents for the HALO Paintball hopper.

You have to wonder what PROCAPS was thinking. I am not a patent attorney, however the Pulse looks exactly the same as the HALO and has a few other similar characteristics.
